Questions
Where are you located and what is your "service area"?
We are located in Phoenix, AZ and service all of Arizona and some parts of California & Nevada.
I need to cancel my booking, can I get my deposit back?
Absolutely, as long as it's at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Can Betty go indoors?
Yes! We have done several indoor venues that have a recreational vehicle sized garage door, to accommodate us.
What is included in the $100 physical guest book add-on?
We will ask your guests to leave one copy of their photos and to add a personalization for you. It includes an all-black 80 page 10”x7” book, scrapbook quality adhesive for the photos, use of multicolor metallic markers for writing, designated guest book lighting, table, & signage, and help from the booth attendants.
Do I need to have a way for you to plug the trailer in?
No! We are fully "self contained" and run off of a noiseless battery generator that is all housed, out of sight, inside the trailer. There will be no cords, and no need to plug in at your location.
Does travel time and setup count as part of my photo booth package hours?
No! The hours you hire us for are the hours that the booth will be setup, open, and operating for your guests.
What if Betty doesn't fit into my event's venue?
We also have an "open air" or freestanding booth that can fit into any venue space, indoors or outdoors. We offer this booth a la carte for $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum. Props and other extras are an additional fee.
Will someone be there to help us use the booth?
Yes! There will always be someone on site to help your guests, and for any "what ifs" that may happen.
What is your travel fee?
Our most common travel fee is $200 which includes travel to Sedona, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Prescott, Flagstaff, Payson, Pine/Strawberry, Pinetop-Lakeside, Quartzsite, Wickenburg, Yarnell, & Tucson.
What are the trailer dimensions & how much room do you need?
Betty measures 15'x7' tongue to tail, we generally need about a 20'x10' space. However, because of the "unique nature" of the trailer we will need additional room for hauling into the venue with a vehicle, so please take this into consideration. The load in area will also need to be free of tree branches and other debris with a clear path for the trailer.
Can I rent Betty for a photo shoot?
We do offer this as an option to professional photographers, for $100/hour.
Will you do a corporate event or large festival?
Of course! We love all sorts of parties, celebrations, festivals, and events! If you have the guests we will provide the fun!
